We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- Your order was not delivered
- The item received is significantly different from what was described
- The item arrived damaged or defective
2. Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for undelivered orders).
3. How to Request a Refund

- Your order ID
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
We will respond within 48 hours.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through PayPal to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after delivery
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery
- Requests submitted after the 7-day window
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, request a refund and place a new order.
